Donation & Payment Receipt

For donations received through the Foundation's approved payment process, a standardised digital payment receipt will be generated for the amount actually received. The receipt will include the applicable donor details, receipt number, amount received, payment date, purpose of contribution and relevant transaction information. The receipt will be available in printable PDF format for the donor's records.

Standardised Receipt

All eligible donation receipts will follow a standardised printable format. Donor-specific details and the amount actually received will be populated automatically into the applicable receipt format.
