Our Beginning
ImpactRise Foundation was established with a shared commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for people and strengthening communities across India. The Foundation was incorporated on 20 June 2026 as a Section 8 non-profit company, limited by guarantee and without share capital, with objects extending across India.
The Foundation was founded by four promoter-directors — Chandan Kumar Singh, Mukund Kumar Singh, Abhishek Ankit and Kumar Shantanu — who were appointed on 20 June 2026 and are authorised to represent the organisation. Their shared commitment forms the foundation of ImpactRise's long-term social mission.
Our Purpose
ImpactRise Foundation exists to help create a more inclusive and sustainable India by expanding access to education, improving health and well-being, strengthening livelihoods and supporting community development.
Our Commitment
We are committed to building our work on integrity, inclusion, accountability, collaboration and sustainability. As we grow, we aim to work responsibly with communities, volunteers, partners and other stakeholders while keeping our social purpose at the centre of our activities.
